GTM Architect · Founder, Vincretus

I spent six years inside CBREX — an enterprise AI hiring platform — moving across operations, enterprise sales, product management, and GTM strategy. Sold and operated across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Owned product and revenue simultaneously. Ran enterprise sales cycles that took months to close. Built and shipped an AI-driven matching system at real scale. Redesigned onboarding until adoption stopped being a coin flip.

That's where I learned GTM from the inside of a revenue-stage company, not from a consulting deck. The conviction that stuck: most GTM help is either a strategy document nobody executes, or an agency that bills hours and never leaves.

I left to go independent specifically to close that gap. Today, I architect AI-powered GTM systems — ICP scoring engines, signal-triggered research pipelines, automated qualification logic — as running software configured to a company's actual market and data. Currently embedded with an operator-led venture studio, building the research and scoring infrastructure that qualifies founder meetings for their portfolio partners across India, MENA, and Southeast Asia.

Vincretus is the vehicle for that work at scale. The name means "the beginning of wins" — and the thesis is simple: your GTM shouldn't need someone in the room every day to work. It should be a system, versioned and tested, that keeps qualifying and generating pipeline on its own.

GTM built like software

Versioned. Tested. Falsifiable. Every system ships with a regression test, not a prayer.

Pain before capability

The diagnosis comes first. Every engagement starts with understanding the specific failure mode — not mapping capabilities to an opportunity. If the problem isn't worth solving, we don't build.

Verdict first, data second

Every output — scoring, research, qualification — leads with a clear verdict. The evidence supports the decision, it doesn't replace it. No one has time to interpret a dashboard.

Systems over hours

The deliverable is something that keeps working after the engagement ends — a scoring engine, a qualification pipeline, an outreach architecture — not a person you rent by the month.

Builder, not strategist

The throughline is production systems, not slide decks. Each engagement produced software that runs, qualifies, and improves.

AI Scoring Engine

Built and iterated a production scoring engine across six-plus versions — multi-axis weighted scoring, automated research, ground-truth accuracy audits as the throughline. Qualification accuracy lifted from 65% to 85%.

Signal-Based Research Pipeline

Architected an automated research and enrichment pipeline that sources, enriches, and scores companies end-to-end — replacing what used to be hours of manual analyst work per prospect.

Structured Discovery Instruments

Engineered structured intake and survey systems from scratch — diagnostic instruments that capture the right information to qualify, score, and route without over-asking or losing respondents.

Cross-Market GTM Architecture

Designed and operated GTM motions across India, MENA, Singapore, and Southeast Asia — adapting ICP definitions, outreach sequences, and qualification logic for each market's buying behavior.
